Papaya recipe.

   Ingredients
  • 2 cups shredded green papaya
  • 2 tsp chopped garlic
  • 3 small chilies
  • 2 tbsp jaggery
  • salt  - to taste
  • 2 tomatoes,chopped
  • 2 tsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp tamarind juice
  • 3 tbsp ground peanuts dry roasted
Preparation
  • Soak shreeded papaya in cold water for 5 minutes.
  • Make paste of garlic and chilies by adding pinch of papaya.
  • Add the jaggery,salt and grind it for few seconds ensuring that everything is well mixed.Set aside
  • In another bowl,put chopped tomatoes,lime juice and remaining papaya.
  • Add the garlic and chili paste, mixing 10 to 15 minutes to evently coat the papaya.
  • Add the ground peanuts,mix and serve
