Ingredients
- 2 cups shredded green papaya
- 2 tsp chopped garlic
- 3 small chilies
- 2 tbsp jaggery
- salt - to taste
- 2 tomatoes,chopped
- 2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp tamarind juice
- 3 tbsp ground peanuts dry roasted
- Soak shreeded papaya in cold water for 5 minutes.
- Make paste of garlic and chilies by adding pinch of papaya.
- Add the jaggery,salt and grind it for few seconds ensuring that everything is well mixed.Set aside
- In another bowl,put chopped tomatoes,lime juice and remaining papaya.
- Add the garlic and chili paste, mixing 10 to 15 minutes to evently coat the papaya.
- Add the ground peanuts,mix and serve
