Corn & Paneer Stuffed Tomatoes

Ingredients
Paneer 100 gm
Peas 50 gm
Corn 100 gm
Coriander leaves 25 gm
Green chilies 2
Onion 1 or 2
Salt,Red chili powder,Garam masala to taste
Turmeric powder 1/2 spn
Oil 1spoon
- Wash the tomatoes and dry it.
- Cut the top of the tomato like a cap using knife.Gently scoop out the centers.Keep aside the scooped portion.
- Steam tomato,corn,green peas and paneer using steamer for 3-4 minutes.
- Chop onion,tomato pulp,corn,green chilies and paneer using chopper.
- Heat oil in casserole.Add corn and paneer mixture till tender.
- Now add karam masala and fry for 3-4 minutes

- Fill tomatoes with mixture
- Top with chopped coriander.
- Place tomatoes in casserole on medium flame for 15-20 minutes.
- Serve the stuffed paneer tomato hot with chapatti naam or paranthas.
